In our experience, the success or failure of a project is rarely down to one dramatic mistake; it is usually the result of small misunderstandings and miscommunication compounding over time. Clear, consistent communication is not a “soft skill” in construction.

About Upcycle Interiors Ltd

UIL always provides free, no obligation, detailed written quotations (not estimates) and a fixed price for every job (anything verbal is put into writing).

The quote is fully transparent and shows how the price of the job is calculated (eg cost of materials and cost of labour for each phase of the job). This allows the customer to add/omit aspects of the job to meet their budget and avoids any confusion regarding what is/isn't included in the job.
