Carla, who is UIL's Business Development Manager, was actually the 2nd UIL employee, being one of the key driving forces behind the business.


She works tirelessly behind the scenes in PA, and administration roles.

While her official team title is Business Development Manager, Carla is also involved in consultancy services.


You'll see her car out and about in its "classic UIL silver grey" colour - adorned with the familiar Upcycle Interiors signage.


Carla has 25 years' of industry experience. Her background is in Senior Management, where she was a people & operations manager within fast paced Logistics & Supply Chain Management roles. She has developed high-performing teams, managed customer relationships and created tactical & strategic plans.


Carla is a great communicator and encourages successful people development .She is keen to tackle new challenges, and has the ability to quickly adapt to new situations with drive & confidence.
