Meet The Team - Lisa

Lisa is our marketing manager and member of the sales team, which loosely translates to our everything-admin person.

Originally contracted to cover website design and photography for the business, Lisa has since joined as a full member of the team and now undertakes all marketing tasks and is also part of the sales team. Another Weymouth-born member of the UIL team, Lisa lives locally with her two children and spaniel and has known Mark for over 25 years.

Having worked with Lisa for over a year in her self-employed role, she decided to come over to the team permanently in 2024.

Lisa has an extensive background in IT, business administration, and has owned her own successful photography business for the past 10 years so certainly has the marketing and sales skills we need onboard! Lisa primarily undertakes our social marketing side of things, with a bit of sales and office administration thrown in for good measure.

Lisa is first-aid trained and has an enhanced DBS check, and has experience of website design, social media management, graphic design, photography and client management - amongst other things!
