"Mark was very friendly, passionate about his work and also highly skilled and knowledgeable. Right from the initial planning meeting, he was flexible and willing to adapt ideas to accommodate our needs and the space. He clearly communicated his proposed work and checked with us, explaining what he was doing at each juncture. Mark recycled existing materials wherever possible and was happy to give useful advice beyond the scope of the task itself. He was extremely tidy and kept disruption to the home to an absolute minimum. I would have no hesitation in using him again & highly recommend him."
