Mark was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable and capable. While hanging a wall mounted pull up bar is a simple job, I weigh close to 100 Kgs so we discussed possibilities of where it could be hung if my initial preference proved unsuitable. I felt that I could leave him to make the right choice if that was the case and in the end it went up exactly where I wanted it and it seems very stable. We also discussed other bits and pieces I need to do to my flat and I would definitely be happy to hire him again

Mark fixed my boiler cupboard after a plumber ruined it by chopping the bottom out and installing a new boiler half a foot below. Was really impressed with the idea he came up with to fix it, and he did a fantastic job with the work – it looks even better now than when it started! Really nice guy, was very polite and left no mess, and it was really obvious that he cares about doing the best job possible. Would recommend.

Mark is skilled carpenter with very good skills for creating the most efficient and pleasing work. Hanging heavy pictures and creating strong solid wood floor to ceiling storage. Was a big exacting task which was completed with great energy and a smiling face. Everything always left clean and tidy each day and would not hesitate to recommend.

After accessing the area and making sure his surroundings were covered and protected he got stuck in. Once the wall was trimming to the agreed dimensions Mark was meticulous with his clean up- he even took our hoover apart and gave it a quick service. Mark helped out with a few odd jobs in my flat before I rent it out. He was very responsive, flexible, and gave a full breakdown of the cost for every part of the job. The quality of the work was to a very high standard. Will not hesitate to use him again.

I needed to have a blind refitted as the screws holding it got pulled out of the wall. Mark was punctual, friendly and efficient with his work. He turned up in time, clearly explained what needed to be done and why, and had it done very quickly, Would definitely use him in future.

He worked efficiently and we could trust him to work while not been present. He made queries during the course of he project and effectively priced any amendments. The project was on budget and the quote was fantastic for the quality of the work.

Mark created a design for my outside area based on what I wanted to use it for and combined these with some fantastic ideas that worked well to maximize the space and create interest. He communicated this well by drawing a diagram and creating a Pinterest board, and also came round to run through it in person. We originally asked Mark to help us with a garden design. After an initial meeting, Mark did some detailed drawings and we spent an evening together discussing his ideas and the drawings. Discussing his ideas helped us to understand what was important for us and there were a number of great ideas which we plan on using in our garden. Given what a great job Mark did on the garden design we asked if he could help us do some designs on a downstairs refurbishment In the house as well. Again Mark prepared some designs and we spent an evening discussing these. Mark has a background in architecture and is very approachable/ easy to talk to. The drawings he made were clear and easy to read with different options and it was great to have someone to talk through with his experience and to get some practical advice.
